My smoked sea salt adventure began as Christmas gifts for family and friends one year. After much encouragement from just about everyone who tried it, I decided to scale it up a bit and try it out at farmers markets.  It went well.  So well, in fact, that Circle City Smoke is now a wholesaler of smoked sea salts and in stores locally. 

 

It's always made by hand in small batches.  It's made in a smoker that I built myself.  It's also pretty good, if I do say so myself, but please let me know what you think!

Local Flavor
